Linux Kernel (Fragnesia)
"Fragnesia" is a variant of Dirty Frag vulnerability in the ESP/XFRM leading to Local Privilege Escalation (LPE) vulnerability in the Linux kernel. If the vulnerability is exploited, it allows an authenticated local user with standard privileges to gain the root permissions.
- CVE-2026-46300 affects certain ASUSTOR products that have installed VPN server through App Central and have Linux kernel versions higher than 4.11 and ADM versions ranging from 4.1 to 5.1. Updates with Linux Kernel Patch in ADM will be released as soon as possible.
- Linux Kernel Patch has been updated on ADM 5.1.3.RI81 to resolve the issues.

Nginx
F5 Networks has issued the security advisory, pointing out that the Nginx web server, which uses an asynchronous event-driven framework, has a security vulnerability, CVE-2026-42945, which occurs in the ngx_http_rewrite_module component.
F5 Networks announced multiple security vulnerabilities that have been fixed in the latest release of Nginx 1.30.1.
CVE-2026-42945, CVE-2026-42946, CVE-2026-40701, CVE-2026-42934 and CVE-2026-40460 will affect ASUSTOR products with Nginx 1.18 or 1.24 installed.
- Nginx 1.30.1 has been updated on ADM 5.1.3.RI81 to resolve the issues.

Linux Kernel (ssh-keysign-pwn)
A vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel that allows a local unprivileged attacker to read root-owned files. The vulnerability arises from a race condition during process termination, enabling a brief window where sensitive data, such as SSH host private keys or /etc/shadow contents, can be disclosed.
- CVE-2026-46333 could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information on affected certain ASUSTOR Products with Linux kernel versions higher than 5.10 and ADM versions ranging from 4.1 to 5.1. Updates with Linux Kernel Patch will be released as soon as possible.
- Linux Kernel Patch has been updated on ADM 5.1.3.RI81 to resolve the issues.

Rsync
The Rsyn team announced multiple vulnerabilities that have been fixed in the latest release of Rsyn.
CVE-2026-29518, CVE-2026-43617, CVE-2026-43618 and CVE-2024-12084 affected ASUSTOR products with from ADM 4.1 to ADM 5.1. Updates with Rsyn 3.4.3 will be released as soon as possible.
- Rsync package has been updated to version 3.4.3 on ADM 5.1.3.RI81 to resolve the issues.
